Most of the samples of the 328's were made with a home-made Roadster bodywork. from Eisenach.
For competitions BMW built 2 special streamlined coupes and three very nice lined convertibles.
These cars raced the Mille Miglia in Italia and referred the Alfa Romeo's to the second place.
The coup?s got a top speed of 209 km/h, and the winning BMW had an average speed of 166,7 km/h.
