The new BMW M5 Touring overcomes contradictions and forms syntheses where apparently irreconcilable elements come together: a sports car with a roof railing, 373 kW/507 bhp and 1650 litres of load space volume, a power-to-weight ratio of 3.7 kilograms per bhp and a maximum trailer weight of 1800 kilograms, a high-revving power plant with the reliability of a large-scale serial production engine, a Touring model for the race track.

The new BMW M5 Touring will be launched in Germany on May 26th. 2007, and priced at 94.100 Euro (incl. 19% VAT.)
The BMW M5 Sedan will be updated as well, remaining technically unchanged at a price of 91.600 Euro.
