I was thinking of creating an "engine specifications" search engine...
How do you think of that? And what functionalities do you want it to have?
Tell me how you would picture it in you mind...!

I often see people posting wanting to know how much power their car was stock.  So if you could do it by year and model that might help.   Maybe provide some info beyond HP and torque.

Do you mean something like this:

Yeah exactly like that.  It might nice if there was link to order pizza from, I didn't see that!!  JK.  Very nice info and easy to use.  I think most of your members will be europeans, but if there could be a standard/metric option it would be easier for us over here to understand.  It says my cars top speed is 213km, but I'm really sure how fast that is for example.

That's a good one, I'll have a look into building that.
Have to see if I'll make it a variable in the database, otherwise you'd have to always choose the option again.
I'll put some time in it another time, have other things to do now

nice, looks good

now all we need is to start getting some people to post hp gains for aftermarket parts purchased for specific engines

i'll try and think about how to work it up, ... what did you use for the main coding on this site?

more importantly, would be to be able to get the data from the performance gains

gonna start setting up some plans for it as well

i'll get back to you later on it

I'm going to look into the mph/kmh conversion and the engine information when I have some more time.
Just started my first colleges again, so haven't got time now (hopefully soon)
